Global Partnerships
Circular capacity, built where the panels are.
Solar waste is a local problem on a global timeline. Shipping end-of-life modules across borders is expensive, carbon-intensive and increasingly restricted, so capacity has to exist in the market that generates it. We build and run that capacity together with operators who already know their market — a shared operation, not a supply arrangement. You hold the licences, the site and the customer relationships; we bring the process design, the traceability system and the experience of running it.
Why capacity has to be local
-
Freight erases the margin
An 18 kg module is mostly glass. Moving it any distance costs more than the material is worth.
-
Freight erases the carbon case
Cross-border haulage consumes much of the emissions saving that recycling is supposed to deliver.
-
Transboundary rules are tightening
Waste export controls are moving in one direction, and it is not toward easier shipment.
-
Compliance is jurisdictional
Clearance documentation only counts if it comes from inside the regulator’s own system.
Four ways to work with us
Each model is a different division of labour. Find the row that describes what you already have.
| Model | What you bring | What we bring |
|---|---|---|
| Regional Operating Partner | Local market access, regulatory licences, site and facility, local team. | Process design, traceability system, operational know-how, offtake network development. |
| Feedstock Partner | Consistent volumes of end-of-life modules or manufacturing scrap. | Certified processing, clearance documentation, transparent pricing. |
| Offtake Partner | Committed demand for one or more material streams. | Specification-grade materials, batch traceability, supply continuity. |
| Logistics & Technical Partner | Collection networks, transport capability, or complementary technology. | Integration into a verified circular value chain. |

How a partnership conversation runs
-
Initial conversation
Your market, your capability, our fit.
-
Market & volume assessment
Available feedstock, regulation, offtake demand.
-
Commercial structure
Division of labour, investment, and terms.
-
Deployment plan
Site, timeline, and operational handover.
Tell us about your market.
Volumes, regulation and what you already operate — that is enough for a first conversation.
