About PV Regen
A processing business, not a technology demonstration.
PV Regen exists because the first wave of utility-scale solar is reaching end of life faster than the infrastructure to absorb it. We built the processing capacity, the offtake network and the record-keeping to close that loop properly rather than cheaply.
Why dry physical separation
There are faster ways to break a solar module apart. Thermal and chemical recycling gets to a recovered mass number sooner, and for a long time the industry accepted that the glass would come out as aggregate and the rest would come out mixed. We took the slower route because the value is in the grade, not the tonnage — and because a process with no solvents and no process water leaves nothing behind to account for later.

Due diligence should not depend on what a website chooses to publish. At the start of any commercial engagement — before you commit to anything — we provide our documentation in full and answer questions against it.
